Smithfield Utah Real Estate Statistics
This graph represents quarterly Smithfield real estate statistics over the last 5 years. As you can see, Smithfield home sales in 2008 showed a large decline from the previous 3 years. However, the Smithfield Utah house sales in 2009 started to move back up to a normal level.  The third quarter of 2008 showed 26 homes sold while the 3rd quarter of 2009 shows 36 homes sold. This was also a time when the first time home buyer tax credit was expiring, yet in the fourth quarter of 2009, home sales were double in 2009 compared to the fourth quarter of 2008.  It will be interesting to see how the Smithfield real estate market stacks up in the first quarter of 2010.

This isn't going to happen of course, so if you want to sell your home in Smithfield Utah, you need to make sure it's one of the best homes on the market for the price range you are in. Otherwise, you could see your home sitting on the market for a very long time.
